Travel and accommodation

Travel and accommodation arrangements for participants traveling outside of Nairobi, Kenya will be made by a contractor on behalf of the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA). The contractor will contact you to make arrangements as soon as your registration is approved.

Please do not book your travel and accommodation yourself. EACEA will not reimburse any travel costs.

Please indicate your travel requirements below. Our contractor will do its best to meet your travel needs within the following financial constraints: *

Travel costs and 2 nights’ accommodation in a hotel with breakfast will be covered by EACEA for participants traveling from outside of Nairobi, Kenya.
If you choose to arrange your own trip and hotel reservation, these costs will NOT be reimbursed retroactively and will be borne by you.
If you wish to stay in a double room or to stay extra nights, you will have to cover the extra costs. Furthermore, the contractor will not be responsible for booking any extra night for you.
